As many of you know, Fred and Irena have decided to retire at the end of 2011. It wasn't too difficult of a decision, but one that was perhaps slightly overdue. They have been talking about it for so long!

My sisters and I started working back in our elementary school days. We have gone away. We have also come back. During the last few years, we have been working hard alongside our parents, learning and experiencing. As the third generation of the family, we want to assure you that the food and service that you know and love so well won't change. What has changed, however, are the operating hours on Mondays. We decided to close to make sure this second home of ours gets the care and attention that it needs.
